These are ALL good questions, and ones you should be asking yourself before taking advice from any marketer. It’s so easy to put up a blog or website that there’s a lot of bad advice out there and you can find yourself being pushed and pulled in all different directions.

Here’s a little about me – I’ll let you make up your own mind.

Well, I’ve been in the Internet Marketing game since late 2006. For most of that time i’ve been studying SEO and in particlular, Adsense. Like all marketers I’ve had a number of failures and a few success stories too.

NOTE: Everybody fails! The key is to fail quickly and move on.

But having spent at least 3 years studying SEO inside-out, I’ve pretty much seen and done it all in this area.

My first big success was in early 2008 when my Adsense revenue model generated me enough income from just one website (I own Hundreds) to pay for my honeymoon – a luxury Carribean Cruise with all the trimmings. This was when I knew I was really on to something!

Over the last couple of years i’ve also been putting my SEO knowledge to use to create an affiliate revenue model which has now also seen some great pay-offs too.

From here I began to take things much more seriously.

Although Adsense is still a large part of my business I have kinda put this on one side to:

•  Expand my business in many other ways.

Recenty all my SEO work has been put on the back-burner so I could concentrate on learning how to build a solid foundation with my own products, my own list, and my own online presence. This is advice that I will be passing on to you.

I’ve had some fantastic mentors including Vince Whinnery and even the legendary Chris Freville.

Getting a mentor is one of the best moves any budding Internet Marketer can make. If your serious about leaving your 9-5 and making some serious money from the comfort of your own home then I can Strongly suggest finding someone who’s willing (and qualified) to teach you.  It’s often not as expensive as you’d think.

Let me give you an example of the difference this can make.

Within the first few weeks of having a mentor I had managed to create my product (Adsense Fortress), generate a list of over 800 subscribers, AND bring in over $1300. So What’s so exciting about that? These aren’t life-changing figures I hear you say. True but… This was BEFORE I EVEN LAUNCHED MY PRODUCT and this all happened in less than 1 month.

But perhaps most importantly of all I am now being noticed by other marketers and i’m building a solid online presence. After-all – With so many thousands of marketers out there You managed to find me O.K.

So In the words of a famous Credit card … Here’s what i’ve accomplished so far:-

• Thousands $$$$ generated online through various revenue streams – 3 years
• My own product and profitable list – <1 month
• A solid and growing online presence – PRICELESS

So where to now?

Well, i’m working on a few projects (this blog being one of them), it’s a little hard to give details right now but let’s just say these are exciting times ahead.
